A Touching Story: Mary’s Triumph Over Grief

Celebrating Mary’s victory today!

Mary (not a fake name, actually) was one of the homesellers we were able to help in Saint Louis, MO. Every day she was grieving the loss of two relatives and felt like trying to sell a house in the middle off all that would be just too much. She felt trapped, she felt inside that she didn’t have the energy deal with all this and move forward.

And thought that she was stuck, she didn’t know what to do. Wanted to sell the house and move on but she thought she couldn’t.

Then one day Mary got a call and spoke to one of our compassionate reps who could understand what she was going though. Our rep told Mary about our streamlined approach to homebuying, where she could be as hands off as she would like and focus on her healing. She wouldn’t have to fix up or stage the home, and wouldn’t have any closing costs to pay!

But Mary was hesitant to entrust her home sale to others during such a difficult time.

Mary was able to sell her house with minimal stress, allowing her to focus on healing and moving forward. And because of that she was able to go move back home closer to her immediate family and start a new life on a good note, reconnecting with all her lifelong people out in Missouri.

Because our company did all tough stuff she was worried about and she didn’t have to do anything but feel better.
